Encore Nation pieces are made to order, so please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing Times
Most orders require production time before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees depending on the destination. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@weareencorenation.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Problems With Your Order
